During our Production Schedule we are now offering a limited opportunity to have your child spend their birthday with WCT!
Space is limited to one party per WCT performance
Each Child will receive
Backstage tour of WCT production including the backstage area and green room where guests can see makeup in process and meet the cast and crew
Ticket to the performance for all children in a reserved area
Souvenir backstage pass
Juice/Soda
Ice Cream (Hoodsies) and cake decorated based on the production
Popcorn and a drink at intermission
Birthday Child will also receive
Framed cast picture signed by the cast
Happy Birthday Greeting during intermission announcements
WCT will provide: tables & chairs, tablecloth, balloons, utensils and paper goods
Costs for this one of a kind party
10-15 children $ 165.00
16-20 children $ 240.00
Each additional child $8
Accompanying adults up to five (5) at no charge, each additional $8
$50 Deposit required to reserve date, remainder of payment due in full on or before the scheduled party. WCT crew and volunteers are not responsible for the children attending. Party Host is responsible for arranging and chaperoning the guests. Party Host is asked to arrive 1hr & 45 min. prior to the scheduled start of the performance. Guests should be scheduled to arrive 1hr & 30 min. prior to the scheduled start of the performance.
